Hasna Siddika
Director
With over a decade of experience in children’s social care, Hasna has grown through a wide range of roles – from frontline practice to strategic leadership – that have shaped her commitment to excellent, equitable social work.
Since qualifying as a social worker in 2011, she has worked across Child in Need (CIN), Child Protection (CP), and children in care teams, before moving into quality assurance and workforce development roles across West London. Whether coordinating ASYE programmes, co-authoring work on critical reflective practice, or managing local authority-university partnerships, her focus has always been the same: to strengthen practice, support practitioners and drive meaningful, child-centred outcomes.
Alongside her professional work, she has undertaken post-qualifying training in systemic family therapy and leadership development, including the Practice Supervisor Development Programme delivered by Research In Practice. These experiences have deepened her commitment to supporting social workers at every stage of their journey, from students to senior practitioners and those in leadership roles.
