About Annie
With nearly 20 years of experience across primary and secondary education, I’ve had the privilege of working in a wide range of roles that have shaped my understanding of teaching, learning and school leadership.
From starting out as a Learning Support Assistant to stepping into leadership as an Assistant Headteacher, I’ve gained hands-on experience as a specialist SEN assistant, class teacher, year group leader, phase leader, subject coordinator, local authority moderator, teaching alliance facilitator, NQT (ECT) mentor and consultant.
It’s been a whirlwind of challenges and growth but, through it all, my passion for education has only deepened. Now, as the founder of Kinspiration CIC, I’m bringing my experience and dedication to a new mission: supporting children, families, schools and educators alike.
